EPDM is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane known for its durability and resistance to weathering. It’s commonly used for low-slope roofs and is available in black and white.

TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane made from a blend of polypropylene and ethylene-propylene rubber. It’s known for its energy efficiency and durability.
Benefits: Highly reflective, which helps reduce cooling costs. It’s also resistant to UV radiation, ozone, and chemical exposure
Modified Bitumen is an asphalt-based roofing membrane modified with polymers to enhance its flexibility and strength. It’s commonly used on flat or low-slope roofs.
Benefits: High tensile strength, excellent waterproofing, and resistance to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
PVC is a thermoplastic single-ply roofing membrane that offers excellent performance in commercial and industrial applications. It’s made flexible with plasticizers and reinforced with polyester or fiberglass
Benefits: Strong resistance to chemicals, fire, and UV radiation. It’s also durable and energy-efficient.
